I’d like to “THANK YOU” for the outstanding job NCI has done on the previous 3 jobs you’ve just completed for myself and FCL. Your painters were not only very professional, clean, and respectful but continue to hold the standard as being considered the best in the Chicagoland area! I’m grateful FCL’s PMs also acknowledge this and continue to reward NCI our jobs! I just completed the punch list walk with NorthPoint. In the 10 years I’ve been running work, this is the first time there wasn’t ONE paint item called out on the list!! This has NEVER happened!! Again, huge shout out to your superior painters for yet another amazing job brought in on time and under budget!!
